 For home-stay, we offer two large family rooms and two double rooms.

FAMILY ROOMS - These rooms are large with a double bed and two single sofa-cum beds to provide comfortable accommodation for four adults.  They have attached bathrooms with running hot and cold water.  Leading off a central courtyard, these rooms are on the same level as the dining and other indoor recreational facilities, so that parents with young children may freely enjoy these facilities even while their children are asleep in the rooms.  The rooms are large enough to accommodate two additional mattresses on the floor should they be required. A rear sit-out adjoining the two family rooms provides an alternate access directly to the rooms.  

DOUBLE ROOMS - These rooms are furnished with double beds and also have attached bathrooms with running hot and cold water.  They are on the lower level of the farmhouse and offer the relative privacy that couples may prefer.  These rooms can accommodate one extra mattress on the floor, should it be required.  They also have independent sit-outs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Above rates are per night, inclusive of all meals starting with lunch on day of check-in and concluding with breakfast on day of check-out.

  • Guests aged 5 to 10 years will get a discount of Rs.700/- per head per day.

  • Guests below 5 years will not be charged.

  • A Service Charge of 5% is levied on the total billing.

  • Soft drinks and juices are available and are billed for separately based on consumption.

  • Early morning wake-up time tea, and afternoon tea with light snacks are provided at no extra cost.

  • Payment is to be made 100% in advance through internet bank transfer. We have no facility to accept Credit Cards.

BANQUETS - Orders are accepted for private parties with special menus for between 20 and 50 people with minimum prior notice of 5 days.

LUNCH AND DINNER BOOKINGS - These are available subject to a minimum of 24 hours notice and will consist of table d'hote menus.

CUISINE – International.

By prior arrangement, food and accommodation for staff accompanying guests is available at reasonable cost.
